We offer free domestic uninsured shipping for purchases over $100. Other methods and transit times are listed in the table below.

REFUND & RETURN

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns in exchange for store credit of unused, undamaged merchandise received within 15 days of the purchase date. Some special order items are final sale. To confirm if an item is final sale or can be returned please email hi [at] superonomy.com. All purchases made using a gift card are final sale.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The merchandise must be accompanied with the online order confirmation slip and the original internal packaging.

All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email hi [at] superonomy.com to obtain a return authorization number via email. Once you have received and printed the return authorization number, you may send your order with the original online order confirmation slip, return authorization form and internal packaging.

Superonomy cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Items returned without authorization and void return authorization number will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of original purchase.

Download and print the “Return Authorization Form“.
Follow the steps and include the return authorization form in your package.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

REFUND OF STORE CREDIT

The refund of store credit will be applied to the account of the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or with the prior authorization of, said individual. Once returned merchandise is received your store credit will be immediately applied to your account. You will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order at any time before your piece goes into production for a full refund. Once the piece is being produced, return conditions will apply.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hi [at] superonomy.com
